Delivery cost
Tracked delivery is included in the price for the three served ZIP codes: a Queens Mosaic bracelet is $520 to $2000, with $20 off as the opening price for 11354, 11355 and 11358. There is no separate delivery charge and no handling fee added at the end.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to return a bracelet that has not been worn, in its original packaging, for a refund of the price paid. Bangles can be exchanged for another size when the measurement was confirmed with us beforehand. Write to us first: we answer with the return instructions for your ZIP code.

Straight answers before you buy
- When exactly will I receive my bracelet?
- One to three business days after the piece is prepared, which is usually the day after you confirm it: 1 to 2 business days for 11354 and 11355, 2 to 3 for 11358. You get the tracking number the day it ships, so the date is verifiable rather than promised.
- What if the size does not fit?
- Send us your measurement before we ship and we confirm the fit for that exact piece. If a bangle still does not fit, we exchange it for another size within the 14-day window, provided the measurement was confirmed with us and the piece is unworn.
- What if the stone looks different from the photographs?
- Every piece is photographed as it is sold, and photographed again before shipping, so what arrives is the stone you saw. If you disagree, the 14-day return applies without discussion of taste: unworn piece, original packaging, refund of the price paid.
- Do you have a store in Queens where I can collect it?
- No. We deliver in Queens, we do not operate a store or a counter there, and we will not pretend otherwise. Delivery is tracked to your address in 11354, 11355 or 11358.
